STEP 1
Book Fitting
Our concierge team is expertly trained as both image consultants and tailors, ensuring our clients a seamless process and enjoyable experience. Our concierge can meet with you one-on-one, seven days a week, at your office, your home, or via Skype. Our aim is to provide your fitting at your convenience.
STEP 2
Measurements & Image Consulting
During your consultation, your image consultant will discuss your personal style and professional wardrobe needs; and review fabric swatches and customization options, ensuring the most flattering suit structure and color selections. Accessories will also be reviewed to compliment your ensemble. If you’re consulting in person, we will take all your measurements; if we are meeting via Skype, our image consultant will assist you in taking your measurements.
STEP 3
Construction & Tailoring
Your image consultant will send all your customized selections and measurements to our team of highly skilled tailors. Regular turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks. Expedited service is available for an additional fee.
STEP 4
Suit Delivery
Your suit will be carefully packed and shipped directly to you. Upon receipt, your concierge will assist with your final fitting. A local tailor will complete any final adjustments for you, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your new, fabulous suit.
